How do I disable the automatic renewal on my domain name?

If you have registered or transferred a domain to BaseHost then it will be set to "Automatically Renew" 10 days prior to the domain expiration date.

If you would like to disable the "Automatic Renewal" option on the domain please do the following;

  1. Log into the BaseHost Control Panel
  2. Click on "Registered Domains"
  3. Select the domain name you wish to disable automatic renewal on by clicking on the Subscription ID
  4. Click on "Turn Off AutoRenew Option"

NOTE: Turning off the automatic renewal will result in your domain name not being renewed by BaseHost. If your domain is not renewed, there is a possibility that someone else may register this domain name when it becomes available again and you will no longer have access to or control over it.
